Service Description
Our flagship, assessment-first Myers-style wellness infusion. When clinically appropriate, the formula may include the recognizable foundation of vitamin C, B-complex/B12 and magnesium; final ingredients are selected after review of your health history, medications, allergies, vital signs and goals. Administered by our local paramedic team with medical direction and nurse practitioner oversight. Treatment may be adjusted, declined or redirected for safety. Fridays and Sundays at 3:00 PM, 112 N Summit Ave. Pay a $64.50 deposit or $129 in full online. Changes within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Individual results vary.
Cancellation Policy
Choose either full payment or a 50% deposit online to reserve your appointment. Any remaining balance is due at your visit. Bookings, cancellations, and reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. All services require clinical screening and provider approval; treatment may be modified or declined for safety.
