Cancellation Policy
For prepaid in-office appointments: Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not refunded. No-shows are not refunded. Patients may reschedule for another available time. If your clinician determines during screening that treatment is not appropriate, you receive a full refund, provided treatment has not started.
