Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit holds your spot and applies to your total. Reschedule once with 24h notice. Full refunds apply if we cancel or treatment is unsuitable. Balances due bedside.
Deposits
Appointment Hold: A $50-100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment: Your deposit is fully applied to the final cost of your service.
Rescheduling: You may move your appointment once with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the full deposit. To stay on schedule, arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows.
